If you are already a customer, then you can apply to start a plan which includes:-
- An annual test and certification
- All call out charges
- All labour charges
It’s easy to sign-up to our service cover plan and costs only £15 per month (per device) payable by direct debt or standing order per machine.
Our approach is designed around you and there are:-
- NO long-term contractual ties
- NO hidden clauses
- NO strings attached.
Our plan simply provides service cover for as long as you need it.
“Doesn’t my manufacturer’s warranty cover me?”
In a word, “No”! The manufacturer will not service and maintain your device for you. Manufacturer’s warranties are time-limited, non-transferable and only cover your device for manufacturing defects due to poor workmanship. It is up to you to maintain your device and regularly check it is operational. Our experience is that most problems have nothing to do with manufacturing defects. Some parts such as batteries and gel pads are classed as consumable and must be regularly replaced – these are not covered by warranty.
Over 90% of faults are due to reasons which are not covered by warranty!
Our analysis of breakdown causes reveals that 92% of all problems reported to us are not covered by manufacturers’ warranty. Here are just a few of the re-occurring problems that we see:-
- Pads out of date
- Charging battery dead
- Self-test not initiated
- First aid kit missing or out of date
- Gel pad seal damaged
Our Service Plan in a nutshell
Our service plan provides you with a full, annual service and all the adjustments you need to keep your machine running in optimum conditions so that it delivers long and trouble-free service. It will help you to spot and deal with any potential problems before they cause an expensive failure.
For just £15 per month, per device our service plan provides the following benefits:

⦁ Notification of expiry dates for pads and battery
⦁ Your own Engineer
What’s not included?
We do not cover you for the supply of any parts or consumables. New customers may be charged for an initial inspection of your device prior to being accepted onto the service plan.
